Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they define the agreement between you and ace88.
These terms and conditions apply to all services, gaming activities, and financial transactions on the ace88 platform. Scope of Terms
This document, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms announced by ace88 from time to time, forms a single integrated agreement. In case of conflict, these main terms and conditions shall prevail.
Section 2: Eligibility & Age Requirements
Age Requirement
ace88 services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by a minor is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Account Registration Eligibility
To create a valid account, users must meet the following requirements:

- Must register with accurate and truthful information.
- Each individual may operate only one account.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Your name must not appear on any list of persons banned by ace88.
Identity Verification
ace88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and financial information at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Section 3: Account Management

One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Attempting to create or operate multiple accounts is a direct violation of ace88 policy and may result in all accounts being suspended and funds forfeited.

Always keep the information in your account accurate and current. If your name, phone number, or payment details change, notify ace88 through support without delay. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Account Suspension or Closure
ace88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Evidence of bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
Section 4: Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
ace88 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Payments made through any other method will not be accepted.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Deposits or withdrawals below these amounts cannot be processed.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may take longer during the verification process.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply when processing a withdrawal request:
- Account verification must be completed.
- The withdrawal method must be the same as the one used for the deposit (where applicable).
- Funds earned from any active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- ace88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
Fund Security
ace88 handles all financial transactions using SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. However, users also bear responsibility for protecting their account funds — particularly by keeping their login details confidential.
Section 5: Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
ace88 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited funds. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) in bets to become eligible for withdrawal.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is one-time and must be used within the specified period.
- Bonus offers are assigned personally and cannot be shared with others.
- ace88 reserves the right to investigate and cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
- ace88 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
VIP Program
ace88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Advancement to higher tiers is based on consistent play and activity. VIP benefits are subject to terms set by ace88.
Section 6: Gaming Rules
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace88:
- Use of any form of cheating or fraudulent tactics.
- Automated play using software or bots.
- Placing low-risk one-sided bets solely to meet bonus requirements (bonus hunting).
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
Game Outcomes
The Random Number Generator (RNG) used across all ace88 games ensures impartiality and fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not depend on any previous result. ace88 uses software from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) — the rules of these games apply concurrently with those of ace88.
Sports Betting
For sports betting, ace88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of match results, live scores, or odds for any specific match. If a betting market becomes unavailable due to a technical fault, ace88 reserves the right to refund the stake for the relevant bet. ace88 reserves the right to set betting limits and close any market.
Section 7: Responsible Gaming
Setting Self-Limits

Self-Exclusion
If a user feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they may request that their account be closed for a specified period or permanently through ace88 support. During a self-exclusion period, ace88 will not send any promotional communications to the account in question.

Language & Interpretation
These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali text, the Bengali version shall prevail. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in effect.
